He balances his time between two private practices in London while sharing his expertise with the wider dental community. Wiktor’s mentors include Didier Dietschi , Maxim Belograd & Minesh Patel.

Notably, Wiktor is a Key Opinion Leader for Kuraray Noritake, one of the most respected and renowned dental material manufacturers in the world, particularly at the forefront of advancing adhesive restorative technology. In 2024, he was honored to visit their factories and manufacturing centers in Japan, where he had the privilege of lecturing at their Tokyo head office
